Ken Dail, Founder, CEO, Lead Trainer
Ken is the president and founder of K. Dail and Associates, LLC, and is a MCBAP Certified Prevention Consultant. He has been a part of Michigan’s Substance Abuse Prevention landscape since his high school days in the 1980’s. He has worked as a service provider in Flint, Lansing, Charlevoix, and Petoskey; a volunteer; a state-wide initiative coordinator; and most recently as the Executive Director of Prevention Network Michigan, leaving that position in early 2020. He is now consulting and providing trainings throughout the state in the human services field. He has developed trainings for local, regional, and statewide initiatives for over two decades. When he is not working to train and increase the capacity of agencies, organizations, and preventionists, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jodi, and his two young adult sons. The Dail family is very active across the state with their friends and extended families. He is an active member of Impact Church in Lansing, where he serves as a volunteer ordained pastor.
