Ken is the Owner of K. Dail and Associates LLC, and is the Director of Michigan-based non-profit Rebranded Community Services. He is also  the Coordinator for the Michigan Youth Cannabis Action and Education Alliance - or MYCAEA,  He is a MCBAP Certified Prevention Consultant.  He has been a part of Michigan’s Substance Abuse/Substance Use Disorder Prevention landscape since his high school days in the 1980’s.  He has worked as a service provider in Flint, Lansing, Charlevoix, and Petoskey; a volunteer; a state-wide initiative coordinator; and as the Executive Director of Prevention Network Michigan, leaving that position in early 2020.  He is now consulting and providing trainings throughout the state in the human services field.  He has developed trainings for local, regional, and statewide initiatives for over two decades.  Ken has developed a one-day introduction to Substance Abuse Disorder Prevention training appropriate for community volunteers, and is a MCBAP recognized “Prevention Ethics” trainer, and is one of Michigan’s few “Substance Abuse Prevention Skills Training” trainer.  He has recently developed a three day SUD Prevention initiative for high school leaders.  When he is not working to train and increase the capacity of agencies, organizations, and preventionists, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jodi, and his two young adult sons and their families.  The Dail family is very active across the state with their friends and extended families.  He has been an active member of Lansing’s faith community, most recently serving as a member of the leadership team and as a volunteer ordained pastor at Impact Church Lansing.
